2026 SPARK Bazaar Vendor Opportunities

Vendor spots are non-exclusive but limited.

For the 2026 SPARK Bazaar, we are seeking a diverse selection of food, dessert, and refreshment vendors to create a well-rounded experience for our guests.

International / Mediterranean & Middle Eastern Food Vendors

We are looking for a good mix of cuisines, including:

  • Shawarma / Middle Eastern
  • Desi / Indian-Pakistani
  • Asian
  • Turkish, Persian, Greek, or other Mediterranean cuisine

$2,500 with an approved promo video

Dessert Vendors

Examples include:

  • Ice cream / gelato
  • Kunafa / Middle Eastern sweets
  • Crepes, waffles, pastries, cookies, or other specialty desserts

We are looking for a good variety, such as:

  • Burgers & fries
  • Fried chicken / tenders
  • BBQ
  • Cheesesteaks
  • Hot dogs or other American favorites

Our goal is to offer a diverse food selection with minimal overlap between vendors, allowing each participating vendor to bring something unique to the bazaar. Spots are limited and will be filled as vendors are approved.

Note: every vendor must comply with all local health department regulations and obtain the necessary permits independently.

Make a promo video, pay less for your spot

Film a short professional video promoting SPARK, send it to us for approval, then post it and tag us. Once it is approved, posted, and verified we email you a one-time code worth $500 off your package. Videos are due by October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

  • No approved video when you register? Pay the full package price now. Once your video is approved, posted as instructed, and every sharing step is verified, the $500 comes back to you as a credit or refund.
  • Video already done? Send it to SPARK for approval before you register and use the code once it is issued.
  • Submitting a video does not qualify by itself. It has to meet SPARK's quality requirements, be approved, and be posted and shared as instructed.
  • Videos submitted after October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET are not eligible for a code, credit, or refund.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at our Annual Basketball Tournament. As we have discussed and agreed, there are limited food vendor spots available. To secure your participation, registration and payment must be completed no later than October 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Please note:
  • Spots are not guaranteed until both registration and payment are received.
  • Unpaid or incomplete applications may be released to other interested vendors on the waiting list.
  • Event Management reserves the exclusive right to allocate, reassign, or withhold vendor space at its sole discretion.
  • Submission of an inquiry or a late request does not constitute acceptance, approval, or confirmation of participation.
