Basketball Registration

Register a team for the SPARK Midwest basketball tournament, October 30-November 1, 2026, at Precision Fieldhouse at Finch Creek in Noblesville, Indiana. Divisions run from kindergarten through high school. Registration is $400 per team, or $350 with a video promo code.

Which divisions can my team enter?

Every division has a limited number of team spots. When a division fills up, new teams join the waitlist and nothing is charged. If a spot opens, we hold it for the next team in line and email a payment link, and that team has 24 hours to pay.

One row for each player, up to 10. Have fewer than 5? Import them and add the rest by hand.
Keep the column names in row 1. The columns can be in any order.
Write each date of birth as month/day/year, like 03/14/2012.
Parent or guardian details are needed for players under 18 on October 30, 2026. Leave them empty for older players.
Proof of age photos cannot go in a spreadsheet. If your division asks for them, attach one to each player after you import.

Saving your spreadsheet as a CSV file

Excel: File, then Save As (or Save a Copy), then choose CSV UTF-8 as the file type.
Google Sheets: File, then Download, then Comma separated values (.csv).
Numbers: File, then Export To, then CSV.
