Vendor Registration

Reserve a booth at the SPARK Bazaar, October 30-November 1, 2026, at Precision Fieldhouse at Finch Creek in Noblesville, Indiana. Every booth is 10 ft by 10 ft with a table and two chairs. Standard booths start at $500 and premium booths at $750, with $150 off for an approved promo video.

How much does a bazaar booth cost?

Every booth is 10 ft by 10 ft and includes one 6 ft table and two chairs. Reserve up to three booths stacked in one column for a 10 ft by 30 ft footprint. A run that mixes a premium and a standard booth is priced tier by tier.

Save $150 with an approved promo video

Record a short promo video for the bazaar. Once SPARK approves it and you have posted, tagged, and shared it as instructed, we send you a one-time code worth $150 off your booth. See how the video promo works.

Important vendor promotion update

  • Because of video quality requirements and the short promotional window before the tournament, a vendor without an approved promo video at the time of registration reserves the booth at full price.
  • Video already done? Submit it to SPARK for approval before you register. Once it is approved and every required posting, tagging, and sharing step is completed and verified, you may receive the $150 promo code to use toward your booth registration.
  • Video not ready? Reserve your booth at full price now and submit the video afterward. The final deadline to submit all promotional videos is October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
  • Submitting a video does not automatically qualify you for the $150 promotion. The video must meet SPARK's quality requirements, be approved, be posted as instructed, and every required sharing step must be completed and verified.
  • Once all requirements are met, a vendor who already paid the full booth price receives a $150 credit or refund.
  • Videos submitted after October 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET are not eligible for the $150 credit or promo code.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation date Refund or fee

September 26 through October 5 25% cancellation fee deducted from the booth payment.
On or after October 6 No refund will be issued.

How booth selection works

  • Tap any booth on the map to select it. Choose 1, 2, or 3 booths.
  • Multiple booths must be stacked directly above or below each other in one column of the same block. Side by side booths across an aisle cannot be combined.
  • Premium and standard booths can share one reservation; each tier is priced at its own rate.
  • Booths are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Following the deadline, prospective vendors may contact the Event Management Team to inquire regarding potential booth availability. Please be advised that any booth space offered after the deadline shall be subject strictly to availability and is not assured under any circumstances. Event Management reserves the exclusive right to allocate, reassign, or withhold booth space at its sole discretion. Submission of an inquiry or late request does not constitute acceptance, approval, or confirmation of participation.
