How SPARK uses photos and video from the SPARK Basketball Tournament

Consent to Be Recorded

By attending or taking part in the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and to your team's name appearing alongside that media.

How We Use Photos and Video

SPARK may use photos, video, team names, and recordings from the event in its own promotion, including its website, social media, print materials, email, and press, without payment to anyone shown.

What We Don't Do

SPARK does not sell this media to third parties, and does not publish players' personal contact details.

Opting Out

If you would rather not be featured, email info@sparkmidwest.org before the event with your team name and the names of the people opting out. Keep in mind that the venue is a public event space, so some incidental background footage cannot always be avoided.

Requesting Removal

If media has already been published and you would like a specific item taken down, send the request to info@sparkmidwest.org and we will honor it whenever reasonably possible.
